friendly staff free snacks

the staff was friendly. i appreciated the free snacks that were available throughout the day on the ground floor (a great touch!). i would definitely return to this hotel.

the window faced the main street. traffic and people noise made resting at night difficult (i recommend earplugs).

poor sound insulation traffic noise

the staff greeted me with a smile, and the location is quite convenient (close to many attractions).

My room faced the main street, and the windows provided almost no sound insulation. Traffic noise disturbed my sleep. the breakfast quality could also be improved. (It wasn't the best).

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

excessive noise overpriced stay

The location is quite convenient to multiple metro lines.

The room faced the street, and the noise was excessive because the windows provided almost no soundproofing. There was very little difference between open and closed windows. Breakfast quality could also be improved. The price felt too high for what was offered.

this hotel impressed me with its central location, offering easy access to various sites. the complimentary minibar (replenished daily) with mineral water, coke, and juice was a welcome perk. i found the staff friendly and helpful, particularly at the front desk. i also enjoyed the afternoon snacks in the lobby, a nice touch.

the gym was not excellent, and there was a slight food smell in some areas of the hotel.

the staff offered a warm welcome during check-in. facilities maintained high cleanliness levels. the hotel location is within walking distance of attractions. breakfast offered many choices.

A decent stay, but with some drawbacks

friendly staff convenient location high price malfunctioning elevator

The front staff were very friendly. They always seemed accessible. The hotel offered good advice on nearby restaurants. The location is convenient, close to two metro routes.

The price felt disproportionate to the quality. The first elevator sometimes malfunctioned which felt a little scary. There is no proper bar. There is also no restaurant.
